Хотел выразить благодарность сотрудникам Самураюшки. Узнал о компании случайно из интернета. До этого приходилось пользоваться аналогичными услугами фирм-посредников по доставке товаров из-за границы, и основное, что сдерживало, - отсутствие представлений об окончательной стоимости приобретений. Поскольку в этот раз на аукцион был выставлен лот, редкий в своей категории, я решил рискнуть. О том, как зарегистрироваться и участвовать, прочел на сайте и из отзывов, никаких вопросов или сложностей не возникло. Порадовало в дальнейшем то, что все действия в отношении приобретенных позиций фиксируются в личном кабинете, видно, где находится товар, сколько потрачено и сколько предстоит. Причем финальная сумма заранее обозначена на странице торгов и, как оказалось в дальнейшем, не меняется, то есть все предстоящие расходы прозрачны и заранее известны. Пару раз приходилось звонить в офис, когда хотел приобрести аукционный лот по блиц-цене, но не знал, как сделать. Всегда и Антон, и Елена были на связи, помогали с решением вопроса. Когда один раз на японском складе неправильно взвесили товар, позже, когда уже перевесили во Владивостоке, деньги просто вернули на счет - мне даже не пришлось ничего говорить. Сотрудники чата в рабочее время отвечают на вопросы, дают ссылки на подробное описание того, о чем спрашиваешь. Все действия об оплате лотов и их дальнейших перемещениях дублируются сообщениями на электронную почту. Товар доставляют первым классом, как и прошу, из Владивостока до Нижнего такая почта идет 2-3 дня. Все отлично упаковано, никогда ничего не повредилось. В личном кабинете указан трек-номер для отслеживания. Считаю, что мне повезло узнать о существовании такой компании. Всем однозначно рекомендую! Не сомневайтесь: все честно и четко!
