Отличная площадка. Сотрудники "Самураюшки" на вопросы отвечают оперативно и пунктуально. Постоянно есть инфа где твоя покупка, на какой стадии, что оплачено и сколько. Внутренний курс валют конечно не как официальный, но лучше чем на "inJapаn"е. Нет никаких скрытых комиссий, всё открыто и честно. Из 8 посылок только 1 шла 3 месяца, остальные не более 2х. Ну а если товар приходит разбитый, то это скорее претензии к транспортным компаниям России и Японии, и таможне. Хотя наверно можно добавить в услуги фотофиксацию упаковки (коробки) товара (за не большую денюжку) на каждом этапе транспортировки что бы покупатель мог принять решение о доп упаковке и знать к какой Т.К. можно предъявить претензии.

Получил очередную посылку. Всем доволен. Аппаратура вся оказалась рабочая, даже не смотря на описание, указывалось, что товар нерабочий... Повезло. Интересен опыт отправки с помощью "Деловых линий". В организационном и информационном плане - всё на высоте. Однако, понятие "обрешетка" оказалось условным. Мои товары были просто помещены в картонную коробку большого размера, а оставшееся свободное пространство заполнено б\у полиэтиленом. Товар весил 10 кг. С картонной "обрешеткой" стало 23 кг. Справедливости ради скажу - всё доехало без проблем. Оценка всем - "Отлично".
